How to Travel Kailash

Mount Kailash is a Asia primer mountain with the source of various religious significance, lies in remote place west Tibet in Ali - Nagri county of China. This mountain is only 6714 meters tall but, it is the source of four Asia major river in every cosmic direction. Hindus regard Kailash as the earthly manifestation of Mt. Meru, the spiritual power center of the universe according to Hindu mythology. Mansarovar lake (tal) is just 30 km south east front of Kailash Parbat. It says Goddess Parbati (Wife of Lord Shiva) stay around Mansarovar lake and she has awaiting her husband Lord Shiva by taking bath in that lake daily and prey every day. That is the reason the lake it became holy lake. It is a most biggest and highest fresh mountain water lakes in that elevation (4550m) in Tibet and beautiful to.

The both Hindus and Buddhist pilgrims involve for both Kailash and Manasarovar lake circuit walk on foot by clockwise and only the Bon Buddhist make opposite circle walk. The circle of Mount Kailash about 52km is called Kailash Parikrama - Kailash Full Kora with in 2 and half days and Lake manasarovar is about 108km within 4 days. Only few of Pilgrims will involve for Mansarovar kora but most of yatri participant for Kailash Kora.

Every year after April to October the summer season of Tibet (Generally no snow and less cold season) Yatri can participant for their holy yatra by the experience travel agency and tour operator support team. The yatra is not very easy because of remoteness, high mountains and parbatmalas, high passes, changing weather and difficulties. You need to have good and warm clothing equipments, good physical health condition. You can simply select your date normal and full moon special. 1. Kailash yatra by overland via kerong- Jilong through langtang national park. (Still close but expeciting to open soon from half of July 2016)

2. Kailash tour by Helicopter via west Nepal Simikot - Hilsa - purnag drive to mansarovar lake.

3. Mansarovar yatra from Lhasa flight from Kathmandu along Sigatse - Saga - Dongba to Kailash.

4. By trekking to Hilsa from Sinikot and drive to Lake Mansarovar and Kailash.
